Architectural accessibility
Statistical Office in Zielona Góra
The building has one main entrance from ul. Spokojna 1. It consists of three floors.
A pedestrian walkway leads to the main entrance from outside. A wheelchair ramp has been provided in the middle of the square, leading directly to the entrance. The access path to the building is paved.
The office reception (porter’s lodge) is located directly opposite the main entrance.
The building is to some extent adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. At the entrance there is a stair platform leading to the ground floor. On the ground floor there are the statistical information centre and the REGON service point. The information centre also includes a workstation facilitating access to information for wheelchair users.
The accessible toilet is located on the ground floor, on the right-hand side of the corridor. It is fully adapted for persons with disabilities and equipped with grab rails and other necessary facilities.
A designated parking space for persons with disabilities is available in front of the building. The building is not equipped with an induction loop, Braille signage, voice announcements, or high-contrast or large-print signage for blind and visually impaired persons.
The ground floor has no thresholds that would hinder wheelchair movement and is equipped with sufficiently wide doors to individual rooms, allowing free movement for persons with disabilities.
If you are an eligible person using a guide dog or assistance dog, you may enter the building to handle your matters. The dog should wear appropriate harness equipment. A staff member may ask you to present a certificate confirming guide/assistance dog status and a vaccination booklet.
The first and second floors of the office are accessible only by stairs; there is no lift.
Statistical Office in Zielona Góra - Branch in Gorzów Wielkopolski
The Gorzów Wielkopolski Branch of the Statistical Office in Zielona Góra is located on the 3rd floor of a building managed by Arkada Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The building has one main entrance located at ul. Kazimierza Jagiellończyka 10. It is a partially basemented building with five above-ground floors.
Designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities are available in front of the building. From the outside, stairs lead to the main lobby. To the left of the stairs there is a device (platform) for transporting persons with disabilities. The access path to the building is paved.
The porter’s lodge is located to the left of the main entrance. The building in Gorzów Wielkopolski is largely adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities.
The accessible toilet is located on the ground floor of the main lobby, to the left of the entrance.
The entrance to the building and internal circulation routes (including those leading to the 3rd floor) are sufficiently wide and free of thresholds. Access to the 3rd floor is possible via one of two lifts fully adapted for persons with disabilities. The lifts are equipped with sliding doors.
The building does not have Braille signage, nor high-contrast or large-print signage for blind and visually impaired persons.
Communication and information accessibility
- During a visit to the Office, it is possible to use the assistance of a sign language interpreter. The intention to use an interpreter must be reported no later than 3 working days before the planned visit. - The Office's buildings are not equipped with induction loop systems.
